Add an option to make one person ante - i.e. One person paying the Big Blind Ante for the whole table, instead of everyone paying a small Ante in each hand. This is to brnig inline with major tournaments

Due to the blind structure of the current heads up game (50bb), you play for about 5 mins, then just flip for short stacks. I would consider a starting size of 100bb. (Either reduce blinds or increase stack size)
