Invitation issues

After I have hit the button to create a new game with friends across the country and have copied. When I go to email the invites to my friends, there is no code being sent,only”www.pokernow.com/start-game”. I have had to use my wife’s IMac vs my IPad the last 3 or 4 times that we have played in order to get a code. Please advise how this situation can be resolved? Thanks Nelson Hoe
