Tournament Start

When we try to start a 10-person tournament in out Club, the software automatically starts by dealing cards to the first two players seated. Is there a way to start the tournament after all 10 are seated and not immediately upon two participants seated. Also, there use to be a random seating feature on the play now tourneys, is this availalble in the Clubs software? Thank
