Suggestion
Feature Suggestion: Hand-Based Blind Increases
Currently, blind structures rely on time, which can lead to significant inconsistencies between games due to player speed. I propose adding a "Hand-Based Blind" toggle in the host settings to ensure fairness and prevent stalling. Why switch to hands? - Eliminates Time Variance: In headsup or fast-paced games, 10 minutes could mean 20 hands or 120 hands depending on how quickly players fold. Time-based levels create uneven playing fields across different tournaments. - Prevents Strategic Stalling: Players currently gain an advantage by wasting time to delay blind increases. With hand-based levels, stalling doesn't help; only playing hands moves the game forward. - Guarantees Fairness: Every player in a tournament will experience the exact same number of hands per blind level, ensuring luck and skill are the only variables. Implementation Idea: Simple Logic: Since PokerNow already tracks hand counts, this requires minimal code: if (handCount > X) increaseBlind(). - Host Toggle: A checkbox in the blind settings to switch between "Time-Based" (default) and "Hand-Based." - Customization: Allow hosts to set the frequency (e.g., "Increase blinds every 30 hands"). This change would standardize tournament integrity and remove the "time luck" factor entirely.

This would definitely bring a different light to heads-up and even tournaments!! As someone who has had to keep track of number of hands just to increase blinds I am all for this feature!
Yes please very very pleass
You couldn't do that at multi-table tournaments because each table plays at a different speed. They don't play the same number of hands.
I believe this would elevate H2H gameplay a lot and help if a game doesn't want to raise by time, instead by hand.
