Shows running twice or not before card(s) are dealt

It would be great to show on the table after players voted to run it twice or not, so people know what to expect before cards are dealt, making it more like a real game. At the moment we can only determine after the first card is dealt to know whether it was agreed to run it twice (or check the log).
