Club request

I don't have any other accounts anymore and i have deleted every single one of them, i didn't know i can't have multiple accounts. I've had multiple accounts to collect daily chips until i suddenly got banned and realized it was against the rules all of the suddens without any warnings. But i've deleted every single one now and tried to join the lounge lobby again to be able to play but it still says i have multiple accounts thus i can't play
