Do not immediately remove a busted cash game player from the table

When a cash game player busts, he is immediately removed from the table. To rebuy he can select any open seat and he will miss at least one hand. This change would keep at the table in the same seat and give him some time (suggest 30 sec) to rebuy before removing him. This keeps him at the same seat he was assigned.
