Run-it-Once or Twice Pre-Selected and Displayed on Player Labels

Having a run-it-once or twice pre-selected and displayed on the player label and not allowing players to change their choice mid-hand will ease a lot of issues that arise between players. This is something that Poker Mavens does and it's a really nice feature for players.
