Nit game is bugged if player goes bust

Hey, we've been playing the nit game feature, but the problem is that when a player goes bust they automatically lose the game without getting a chance to buy back in. I've tried even pausing the game and topping them off before the hand ends but they still automatically lose the nit game. Please fix this -- we love that game but it's unusable now
