double payments

I only want to pay the yearly $69.60 On Jan 28 I was charged on 1 credit cards for 9.99 + 59.64 and on the other 69.60 Please credit me the me for one of these payments and only charge once a year for the 69.60 PS these are US $ so credit me in the Canadian $ I await your reply Harold Hyde
