Chat scroll position resets/jumps when minimizing the chat box.

There is a UI issue regarding the chat box auto-scroll behavior. The Issue: When I maximize the chat box to scroll through previous messages and then minimize it (or click away to another part of the screen), the chat view doesn't stay on the latest message. Instead, it "jumps" up about 4 or 5 messages, hiding the most recent activity. Expected Behavior: When the chat is minimized or shrunk, the view should automatically snap/anchor to the very bottom (the most recent message). This would prevent players from having to manually scroll down every time they toggle the chat window or interact with the game.
