Nit Game Confirmation

The nit game feature is great! Our group loves it! 1 issue. It seems like we have to confirm it rather quickly (with 1 hand buffer) which makes things very hectic when we are shorthanded. Could the ability to handle the nit game be organized within the preferences and be automatic for a session? The 2-7 game and the bomb pot statistics are already handled this way. Our group would really appreciate if the nit game were handles similarly.

Follow up: It seems we have to confirm twice (once for where money comes from and once to confirm we want to play it). It gets rather cumbersome over a 6 hour session. Something that lets us opt in only once at the start would be preferable. Thanks for all your work!
