Player Queuing in Non-club games

I would like this feature added for games that are created outside of private club environments. it is annoying to have to manage queuers who at one point want to play, then later on do not want to play. The Away AFK timer should also be implemented in Non-Club games. It would streamline the game a lot more and let people waiting to sit sooner.
